When you offer has been accepted , we liase on your behalf with the esatet agents, solicitors, bank and other parties involved in completing the purchase of your property. This ensures the whole process runs smoothly, professionally and efficiently.

Fees

  • We charge 2% + VAT of the final purchase price.
  • We charge an initial start up fee deductible from the success fee.
  • There is a minimum fee of 7,500 Euros + VAT.
